Sevenbond®Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)

M ade up of two outer skin of aluminium sheets coated with stove lacquered paint with non-toxic and low density polyethylene (LDPE) core.

It is produced in a continuous lamination process with a top surface coated with PVDF Kynar 500® (>70%) fluorocarbon paint and bottom surface with a layer of protective paint.

Fire-rated Aluminium Composite Panel

Sevenbond® Fire Rated Aluminium Composite Panel (FR) , is an aluminium composite panel whereby non-combustible mineral is added into the LDPE core and sandwiched between two aluminium skins. Sevenbond FR panel has higher fire resistant properties and is approved by Fire & Rescue Department of Malaysia and is classified as Class ‘O’ building material. It is an ideal material for external cladding where fire resistance is required.

Any buildings with a beautiful façade deserve an equally inspiring interior. Elegant ceilings, stylish arches, distinctive walls and columns, all of these can be easily accomplished with the use of SEVEN-color® aluminium composite panel and other special finishes.

Seven colour panels can be supplied with either a typical matt or metallic colour or other finishes such as stone, wood, mirror, colour/pattern anodized or even hairline finish.

 Weatherbility and Corrosion Resistant

Stove lacquered surface with PVDF paint provides excellent resistant to weathering, corrosion and temperature changes.

 Sound Insulation

Dampens vibration and has good sound transmission loss properties.


Easily cut, bend, route and formed using ordinary metal and woodworking tools and machinery.
